Refund policy


We have a 15 day return policy which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused or unworn.

You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damage and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is faulty, damaged, or the wrong item is received, so we can assess the problem and correct it.


Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase of the new item.


As stated above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused or unworn, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once your return has been received and inspected, and whether or not the refund has been approved. If approved, your original payment method will be automatically refunded within 10 business days. Remember that your bank or credit card company may take some time to process and post the refund as well.
